1. Full Refunds (100%)
You are entitled to a full refund of your pre-order payment in the following situations:
- Order Cancellation by Us: If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations Before Production/Shipment: If you wish to cancel your pre-order before production or shipment has begun, we will process a full refund.
2. Partial Refunds
In cases where costs have been incurred (e.g., customizations, special manufacturing, or administrative fees etc.), we may deduct a portion of your payment to cover these expenses. This applies when:
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations After Production Has Begun: If production or preparation of your order has started, we reserve the right to retain a percentage of the pre-order payment. This percentage will be specified in your pre-order agreement or communication.
3. Non-Refundable Deposits
For pre-orders requiring a deposit, the deposit amount is non-refundable unless the order is cancelled by us. This policy will be communicated clearly at the time of placing the pre-order.
4. Delays and Changes
If there is a significant delay or change in your pre-order, you will have the option to:
- Request a full refund.
- Retain your pre-order and wait for updated delivery timelines.
5. How to Request a Refund
